Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Solutions Expert to join our team as a Presales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating digital workplace opportunities, translating client requirements into effective Digital Workplace solutions, and collaborating with sales teams and clients to understand requirements and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate digital workplace opportunities, solutions, and services.
- Translate client requirements into effective Digital Workplace solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand requirements and opportunities.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Scoping and Sizing Opportunities: Collaborate with sales teams and clients to assess requirements and objectives.
- Solution Design and Proposal Development: Design customized solutions and present demos, defining margins and drafting statements of work.
- Creation and Maintenance of Solution Collaterals: Establish and maintain a repository of solution materials, collaborating with marketing teams.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights.
- Sales Support and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements
- University degree preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- +2 years of experience selling products and services in cloud and workplace ecosystems.
- Knowledge of productivity and teamwork platforms, document management, VDI, unified communications, and enterprise mobility.
- Fluent in English, with Spanish, French, Italian, or German desirable.
- Any of the following certifications will be valued: MS-900, MD-102, MS-700, MCSA – Office 365, ITIL Foundations.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
