Our Business Unit Data Manager has developed a globally recognized quality standard in the spare parts market with the TecDoc catalogue, solidifying our position as the market leader in Europe and expanding our presence worldwide.

The Role

We are seeking an Agile Master to lead and support the adoption of Agile methodologies within our organization. As an Agile Master, you will be responsible for coaching teams to optimize collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking, leading Agile ceremonies, and guiding teams toward timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach teams to optimize collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and guide teams toward timely delivery
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments to ensure productivity
  • Influence stakeholders and optimize decision-making
  • Foster team cohesion through engaging team-building activities

Requirements

  • Proven project and team management skills in decentralized, international environments
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools, ideally certified in a recognized Agile method
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Innovative, solutions-oriented, and committed to Agile values
  • Passionate about supporting employee development and resolving conflicts
