About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Expert to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As an Agile Coach Professional, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving our company's agility and transformation at different levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach teams and individuals in adopting Agile/Lean methodologies and principles.
  • Ensure that teams at different scales are striving for High Performance.
  • Coach leadership to understand Agile Leadership and its benefits.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement Tribe's and Squad's objectives regarding the way of working.
  • Provide innovative solutions to overcome problems.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stimulate collaboration within the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach: leading at least one Agile Transformation from strategy to implementation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience coaching and training teams in Lean/Agile, especially Scrum & Kanban.
  • Scrum, Kanban, and Scaling Frameworks Certification (Desirable).
  • Coaching Certification (Desirable).
  • Facilitation Certification (Desirable).
  • Agile Leadership Certification (Desirable).
  • Design Thinking and Lean Start-up (Desirable).
  • Gamification Certification (Desirable).
Soft Skills
  • Deep emotional intelligence to impact transformation.
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
  • Ability to add value across all layers and units.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, openness, and courage in action.
  • Strong personal productivity skills.
