Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team. As an Agile Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding our teams in adopting Agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies across multiple teams, ensuring seamless integration and effective collaboration.
  • Develop and implement Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain Azure DevOps configurations, work item adaptations, and process changes to support Agile practices.
  • Support the Product Owner in grooming and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to coordinate team performance workshops, improvement measures, and product family meetings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Agile Transformation Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of driving Agile adoption and improvement.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, and Azure DevOps tools.
  • Strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement.
  • Ability to work in an international environment, with English as the primary language.
