Job Title: Senior Game Development Manager

About the Role:

As a Senior Game Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving the technical vision and execution of our ambitious MMO project. Your expertise will ensure high-quality code, effective team collaboration, and a seamless player experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering their technical and professional growth.
• Lead the design and development of major game systems, leveraging C# and distributed systems architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance effort with impact, evaluating technological solutions to align with project and business goals.
• Enhance live operations capabilities, ensuring game stability, performance, and continuous improvement post-launch.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a track record of mentoring and managing engineering teams.
• 7+ years of professional programming experience with C# or C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and optimize complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
