About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PR Executive to support our growing awareness in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive media attention and coverage for Zoho Corporation B.V.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic PR and Communications: Support the European PR lead in driving a strategic PR and communications programme that aligns with Zoho's business goals in the region.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Social Media Teams: Work in alignment with marketing and social media team members to ensure programmes support each other's activities in reaching the right audiences with the right messages at the right time.
  • Agency Management: Work with PR agencies to ensure they are equipped with the right information to help them drive success, reviewing their content, monitoring their progress against goals.
  • Content Creation: Write media content, whether it be blogs, comments, articles, or press releases.
  • Research and Analysis: Research new publications and channels to help drive wider media reach and assist with the analysis and monitoring of campaigns to determine success.
  • Media Relations: Assist with the management of media interviews and attendance at Zoho or other industry events.
  • Creative Ideas: Assist with the development of creative ideas to enhance PR campaigns.
  • Project Management: Manage and organise projects effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of PR or related experience, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • A keen interest in and passion for how technology and innovation can transform business.
  • Strong relationships with technology and business-focused journalists and a good understanding of how media publications work with PR.
  • Excellent communication skills and a resilient mindset to succeed with media engagement.
  • Excellent proven writing skills across a range of types of content.
  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions that are efficient and effective.
  • Able to build strong personal relationships and to engage meaningfully with colleagues, journalists, and other stakeholders important to Zoho.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who is happy to be managed remotely in order to achieve goals.
  • Native fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to learn from others and to self-improve.
