Transformers R&D Circularity Program Manager

At Hitachi Energy, we're committed to sustainability and the circular economy. As part of our Technology Centers, we're seeking a dedicated and innovative R&D Circularity Program Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to R&D projects focused on integrating eco-design principles, enhancing product circularity, and developing innovative recycling technologies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects to test new circular solutions and coordinate industrialization in manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance circularity initiatives and optimize end-of-life processes for our products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulations relevant to circular economy initiatives and ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge to internal teams on regulatory requirements and best practices for circularity.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of circular economy principles and regulations.
  • Experience in R&D project management and collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
