Key Responsibilities- Process payroll end-to-end, ensuring delivery as per agreed processing calendars and KPIs.
- Support statutory and year-end reporting, adhering to agreed calendars and KPIs.
- Utilize payroll expertise to advise clients on queries and issues, ensuring a strong understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
- Support and knowledge transfer to apprentices and associates on data management or customer service activities.
- Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
- Support system maintenance testing.
- Liaise and transact with third parties.
- Complete SOC controls on time, with necessary evidence.
- Contribute to root cause analysis, ensuring accurate details and feasible preventative measures.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring the audience understands and can apply the knowledge.
- Maintain DWIs, ensuring processes are up-to-date and reflective of the service.
- Report system issues/defects correctly, logging tickets with necessary details and evidence.
- Highlight deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
- Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Contribute to team meetings, raising issues immediately to the Service Manager.
- Build good relationships with internal stakeholders, keeping them informed when necessary.
- 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements.
- Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly.
- Adhere to all security and compliance procedures and quality standards.
- Be accountable, taking advantage of opportunities and demonstrating personal responsibility and eagerness to acquire necessary skills.
