Dutch Payroll Specialist

Your application for a Dutch Payroll Consultant position is currently under review. As part of the Alight Inc group, you may be aware of the company's intention to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. Upon the transaction's closure, this position will be aligned with the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (Divested Group). By applying for this role, you acknowledge that the information you submitted for your application with Alight will be shared with the Divested Group company. Additionally, if you are offered employment, it will be contingent on your successful completion of a background check consistent with the Divested Group company's employment policies.
Key Responsibilities- Independently process payroll end-to-end to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon KPIs.
- Support statutory and year-end reporting to the agreed calendar and KPIs.
- Utilize payroll expertise to advise on client queries and ensure a strong understanding of country-specific legislation.
- Support and knowledge transfer for apprentices and associates on data management and customer service activities.
- Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
- Liaise and transact with third parties.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and suggest preventative measures for reoccurrence.
- Maintain DWIs to ensure processes are up-to-date and reflective of the service.
- Highlight deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
- Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Contribute to team meetings and raise issues to the Service Manager.
- 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements.
- Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly.
- Adhere to all security and compliance procedures and quality standards.
