Key Responsibilities- Design end-to-end search architectures, considering scalability, security, relevance, and performance.
- Implement AI-driven solutions in Knowledge Management, Information Retrieval, and Search Engines using AWS cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Develop comprehensive process design documentation, including flowcharts and diagrams, to effectively communicate the AI and Cloud architecture.
- Apply NLP and GenAI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable efficient and accurate information retrieval from unstructured data sources.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI and Cloud technologies to enhance knowledge management processes.
- Assess and design the integration of the platform with multiple systems (mainly via REST APIs).
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of solutions through proper testing and optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide architectural guidance and support during implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, Cloud, and information retrieval technologies.
- Facilitate seamless integration of AI and Cloud platforms with existing systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and data protection policies by implementing robust security measures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of professional IT experience, with proven experience as a Solution Architect in AI and cloud-based projects.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, particularly in building scalable and secure architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in the Artificial Intelligence field.
- Familiarity with NLP algorithms, information retrieval, and search engines (preferred technologies: Sinequa, Google Cloud Search).
- Understanding of knowledge management systems and search engine technologies.
- Good understanding of system integration.
- Experience with semantics, metadata management, taxonomies, ontologies, and knowledge graphs is valuable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound architectural decisions.
- Expertise in multiple technology domains (e.g., networks, systems, databases, security).
- Familiarity with architecture framework methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
