The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Contact Center product line team as a Solution Architect. This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing global platforms that meet our enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop global platforms that align with our enterprise standards
  • Conduct architecture reviews of existing solutions to identify areas for improvement
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance our Contact Center capabilities
  • Develop non-functional requirements and implement reviews to ensure design and code alignment
  • Develop architectural strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and architecture
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas:
    • Deep understanding of Cisco telephony and telecommunications
    • Core components of Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)
  • Nice to have experience with:
    • CCaS (Genesys/TalkDesk) system knowledge
    • Contact center operations and Workforce Optimization Platforms
