About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team as a Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future of Amazon's transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and launch of new programs for our customers, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Oversee existing programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to drive continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage best practices and drive innovation.
  • Manage stakeholders and internal processes, defining standards and ensuring effective communication.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience leading cross-functional programs or projects using project-management methodologies.
  • Experience working with data to influence business decisions.
  • Leadership experience in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced or master's degree.
  • Project-management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
