About the Role

As a Program Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our global business. You will be responsible for designing and launching new programs that meet the needs of our customers, while also overseeing existing programs and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and launch of new programs, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on key objectives that impact deliverables
  • Use data to identify operational challenges and develop continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage best practices
  • Manage stakeholders and internal processes, defining standards and driving progress
A Day in the Life

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work and what you and your teams can learn. You will identify new opportunities and take the lead in designing their implementation. You will encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, while proactively looking for new, data-backed ways to improve processes.

About the Team

Amazon's Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse and integral part of our success. As a Program Manager, you will be welcomed into this team, which plays a central role in our operations. You will help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency, using data to drive decisions and making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
