Technical Data Lead

Solera is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Data Lead to oversee and manage the technical aspects of data-related initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical aspects of data projects, including data integration, data transformation, and data modeling.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data systems and infrastructure to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data processing pipelines using Cloudera and Spark technologies.
  • Develop and maintain scalable API solutions to provide data to both external and internal customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of data analytics tools and technologies, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Conduct regular data audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data management and analytics, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data-related topics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and performance of data projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
