About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Data Lead to join our team at Solera. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the technical aspects of data-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Conduct regular data audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data management and analytics, evaluating their potential impact on our organization.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data systems and infrastructure to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in data management, analytics, and programming.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining scalable and efficient data processing pipelines, leveraging Cloudera and Spark technologies, among others.
  • Implementation of global APIs.
  • Leadership and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of data governance processes, data standards, and best practices.
