Job Description: As a Senior Project Assurance Manager for Mobility Solutions, you will be responsible for driving project assurance (RAMS, validation, and verification) for Portugal Region projects. You will work closely with Siemens Mobility Spain to ensure that technical solutions and processes applied within the projects meet applicable regulations. Your responsibilities will include analysis and planning of resources and tasks, considering economic efficiency and continuous monitoring of results achieved. You will also support bid phases of projects worldwide together with your team and regional units.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering and deep knowledge of CENELEC standards for RAMS EN50126, EN50129, EN50128, and EN50159. You should have hands-on experience in hazards management and identification, SIL and THR ratings, FMEA, FMECA, FTAs, and applications conditions and their impact on safety and operation of systems. Experience in requirements management, specification, traceability, and validation solutions is also essential. Additionally, you should have strong self-motivated skills, perfect communication and negotiation skills, and excellent teamwork abilities. Fluency in English is required.
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary estimate is based on the location of Lisbon, Portugal, and the level of expertise required for this role.
