Senior Manager Developer Engagement Germany

At LevelTen Energy, we're on a mission to accelerate the clean energy transition. As a Senior Manager Developer Engagement Germany, you'll play a critical role in expanding our base of credentialed and active Central-European developer customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage key developer customer accounts to ensure full engagement on all of LevelTen's products.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new European developers and asset owners to demonstrate the value of LevelTen services.
  • Drive Energy Seller initiated processes (Energy Auction) and spearhead new European business opportunities based on market research.
  • Promote developer success by presenting transaction opportunities and managing ongoing developer follow-up.
  • Support European PPA and M&A transactions (RFPs and auctions), including notifying developers, providing updates, won/lost, developer report feedback.
  • Support communications strategy, including PR, social media, events, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, white papers, attending conferences, etc.
Requirements:
  • A degree from an accredited college/university and relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry (5+ years of experience).
  • Experienced in European energy markets and PPAs.
  • Energy development, advisory, and/or M&A experience.
  • Understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • An interest and aptitude in building and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Initiative and self-motivation to work independently with limited supervision.
  • A high level of integrity.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and other professional software.
  • Professional fluency in English and German; other European languages are a plus.

This full-time position could be based in LevelTen Energy's Madrid office or remotely. Salary and incentives commensurate with experience. Benefits include flexible vacation policy, hybrid in-office/work from home schedule, and more.
