About the Role

As a Research Associate within Boston Consulting Group's Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will play a vital role in our European DRS team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality secondary specialized research in Due Diligence projects, contributing to BCG's client work and knowledge base. This will involve supporting proposals, client cases, and business or internal development initiatives by synthesizing, packaging, articulating, and delivering your findings in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on commercial, multi-industry, and economic topics, utilizing your analytical skills to identify key trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of various industries, including financial services, healthcare, and technology.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant data and information.
  • Work closely with fellow DRS colleagues to approach all interactions with the highest level of quality and customer service.
  • Guide outsourcing partners in their research analysis and perform quality assurance to ensure the highest standards are met.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or sciences.
  • Familiarity with financial statements, M&A, or investments/divestments is highly valued.
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent English language skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
