About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our Data & Researcher Services team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a critical role in providing specialized research support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various industries and topics, including due diligence and Private Equity transactions.
  • Conduct research analyses to support client cases, proposals, and business initiatives, with a focus on delivering high-quality and accurate results.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to understand client needs and develop effective research approaches.
  • Utilize advanced analytical thinking and technical skills to synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in specialized research tools, databases, and sources.
  • Work closely with Research Associates and outsourcing partners to deliver data quality analysis and coaching.
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of relevant working or research experience in a due diligence or Private Equity transaction context.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or sciences.
  • Excellent research analysis skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset to solve customer research/analysis problems.
