About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Architect to join our team at Lambda Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data engineering efforts and driving the development of our data products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Data Engineering Team: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our data engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of data products and services.
  2. Develop Data Architecture: Design and implement a robust data architecture that supports our business needs and drives data-driven decision making.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our data science, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data products.
  4. Manage Data Quality and Governance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data assets, and develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  1. 6+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in data engineering, architecture, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  2. Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in data engineering, architecture, and related technologies, including cloud platforms, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  3. Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
