**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance activities
* Support key projects from the financial side, modeling long-term impact and ROI
* Understand business drivers & KPIs to create financial models and evaluate strategic alternatives
* Balance and P&L reconciliation
* Collaborate in external audits
* Manage AR, AP, and banks (bookkeeping, payments, cash control)
* Establish internal control processes to ensure data quality

* You have 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and/or business administration
