We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Sungrow - Emea. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of supply projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project documentation and handover certification.
- Produce progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Request and select proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good educational background, preferably in the fields of science, management, or engineering. You should also have proven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sector.
Requirements:

- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish mandatory, Chinese is a plus).
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
