Junior Logistics Specialist

HelloPrint is a fast-growing e-commerce company that's revolutionizing the customized products market in Europe. We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Logistics Specialist to join our Traffic Team in Valencia, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage delayed orders, ensuring timely communication with suppliers and customers.
- Enter orders manually and resolve any mistakes for suppliers who don't use our automated systems.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain high standards.
- Assist customer service teams with order status inquiries, delivery concerns, and other issues.
- Handle returned orders and resolve logistic problems to keep operations running smoothly.
- Arrange for carriers to pick up orders manually from producers to ensure seamless logistics.
- Manage complaints from suppliers and carriers, helping to resolve and approve them.
- Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes with suppliers to prevent future delays and complaints.
- Fluency in English: Excellent command of English is essential, with proficiency in additional European languages a plus.
- Full-Time Availability: Willingness to work full-time, including early hours.
