Job DescriptionSocial Media Management: Develop and implement engaging content strategies across social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and others. Foster a positive online community through responsive communication and effective conflict resolution. Identify top influencers who align with our brand values and maintain strong relationships through personalized messages.
Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and competitor activities. Analyze influencer campaign performance using data-tracking tools and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies. Assist in creating comprehensive campaign recaps and coordinate PR packages for influencers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and post high-quality content across social media channels
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Grow and manage our global influencer network
- Maintain high-quality communication with influencers, ambassadors, and our community
- Research and analyze social media trends and competitor activities
- Monitor audience engagement and adjust content strategies accordingly
- Analyze influencer campaign performance using data-tracking tools
Candidate Profile:
- Studies in Marketing, Communication, or Commercial Economics-related field
- Strong passion for social media, marketing, and the health wellness industry
- A keen eye for detail with a balance of creativity and analytical skills
- Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills, responsible, and results-driven
