We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across the region.
About the Role
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Southern European market.
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify target markets, create demand generation programs, and support lead generation efforts.
- Planning, organizing, and executing regional events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinating localized content, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital marketing materials, to support regional marketing efforts.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Managing the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overall company goals and messaging.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or software company.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in Southern Europe.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is essential; Italian is a plus.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
