About the Role

Hogarth Worldwide Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and client-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for leading multiple digital streams of production work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure comprehensive gathering of requirements, resolution of gaps, and provision of estimates by the team with effective caveats and assumptions around timelines.
  • Plan, document, execute, and complete large-scale global digital projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle and Project Management best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Communicate effectively with Creative, Technical, Account Management, and Senior Leaders.
  • Manage and optimize internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity.
  • Initiate projects, including scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Project execution, including scope change, briefing, burn rate, and progress tracking.
  • Support and mentor team members.
  • Attend internal meetings as a representative of the Digital production team.
  • Represent Hogarth Worldwide Ltd to clients and other third-party partners.
Requirements
  • Scope Management: Control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be delivered.
  • Time Management: Ensure timely completion of projects, including activity (task) definition and sequencing processes.
  • Cost Management: Plan, estimate, and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that project delivery meets the quality needs for which the project is defined by both best practice and client expectations.
  • Resource Management: Task manage globally distributed project teams, aligning on project objectives and goals, defining roles in the project, and assigning project team members to those roles.
  • Communications Management: Link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and properly respond to project risks.
  • Client Servicing: Manage client needs through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Organization: Juggle a varied workload and prioritize time effectively.
  • 5+ Years Project Management Experience.
  • Experience of working in (preferably large) digital agencies on large global accounts.
  • Experience of working in a decoupled environment and collaborating effectively with other third-party agencies.
  • Experience of delivering large master and localization web site projects.
  • Passion for and understanding of internet technologies.
  • Management of globally distributed project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to interrogate briefs and train the team to do so, ensuring that all information is in place prior to work being started.
  • Smooth delivery of a programme of work across content production and web/app development on platforms like Drupal, Magento, Umbraco, EPiServer.
  • Understanding and implementation of strong agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
  • Strong team management experience through mentorship.
