Overview:

At Adaptive Teams, we're a high-level and fast-paced team looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive client success through strategic insights and collaboration.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location in the US.

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled professional with proven experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a solid grasp of digital marketing platforms, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to juggle multiple accounts while staying organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Understand client goals and work with teams like media buying and creative to deliver results.
  • Provide regular performance updates, reports, and actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and offer tailored marketing solutions.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends to deliver strategic advice and help clients grow.
  • Ensure projects are on track, on time, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Spot opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts while staying organized.
  • Problem-solving mindset and creativity in delivering solutions.
