Job Description

At PayFit España, we're on a mission to simplify payroll for small and medium-sized businesses. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal by developing and executing marketing programs that drive revenue and brand awareness in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing Spain and other marketing teams to create and execute campaigns and content strategies
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to build repeatable pipeline and support revenue growth
  • Build and execute a successful content editorial strategy to capture demand and generate revenue
  • Manage and analyze the performance of marketing activities and report to the Head of Marketing Spain
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing in high technology companies or SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Confirmed experience in developing integrated marketing plans and programs
  • Demonstrated success in accelerating growth and driving revenue through marketing activations
  • Proven experience in Inbound Marketing and demand generation
  • HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge
