Marketing Specialist Spain

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at PayFit Spain. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing Spain and other marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that generate brand awareness and pipeline.
  • Build and execute a successful content editorial strategy that captures demand and generates revenue.
  • Own and execute communications for PayFit Spain customers, including the monthly newsletter and upselling campaigns.
  • Support and develop activities with key PayFit partners by defining co-marketing activities and opportunities.
  • Analyze results and metrics to report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing in high technology companies or SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Confirmed experience in developing fully integrated marketing plans and programs according to market objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in accelerating growth and driving revenue through marketing activations.
  • Proven experience in Inbound Marketing and demand generation.
  • Confirmed experience in working closely with sales teams and other marketing functions to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge.
