Marketing Specialist Spain

At PayFit, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive revenue, create pipeline, and generate brand awareness in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and programs to support business objectives.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing Spain, marketing teams, and Sales team to ensure alignment and consistency in all marketing activities.
  • Build and execute a successful content editorial strategy to capture demand and generate revenue.
  • Own and execute communications for PayFit Spain customers, including monthly newsletters and upselling campaigns.
  • Support and develop activities with key PayFit partners by defining co-marketing activities and opportunities.
  • Analyze results, metrics, and report to the Head of Marketing Spain on the effectiveness and performance of activities run.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing in high technology companies or SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Confirmed experience in developing fully integrated marketing plans and programs according to market objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in accelerating growth and driving revenue through marketing activations.
  • Proven experience in Inbound Marketing and demand generation.
  • Confirmed experience in working closely with sales teams and other marketing functions to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data and provide concrete next steps.
