Job Title: Administrative Technician

OpenNebula Systems is seeking an experienced Administrative Technician to join our team in Europe. As an Administrative Technician, you will provide hands-on support in various administrative tasks and areas related to our research, development, and innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide necessary support for the effective management of projects funded with public funds, including accounting, billing, and audits.
  • Maintain financial oversight of projects, including payment processing, invoicing, contract management, and procurement.
  • Assist with the creation of timesheets and support personnel management.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of necessary procedures for the effective execution of assigned tasks.
  • Participate in the development of web content and ensure quality control of all administrative items.
Requirements:
  • Professional training in administration and finance.
  • Previous experience in administration, accounting, billing, and audits related to Spain National public projects and EU public funding projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Administration Departments.
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, and legal standards and procedures.
  • Proficiency in office software programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
