Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reserve Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our brands through the delivery of brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and segment outlet universes within assigned territories.
  2. Assign outlets to relevant categories based on segmentation guidelines and record them through the CRM tool.
  3. Visit outlets in assigned territories based on call frequency established for relevant categories.
  4. Drive distribution of Diageo brands by identifying partnership opportunities with outlets in assigned territories.
  5. Negotiate pouring, distribution, and activation agreements based on company guidelines.
  6. Implement execution standards by driving priority sales drivers (QDV3P) for relevant categories and supervising in-outlet performance and execution levels.
  7. Identify and drive corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage budget efficiently and ensure quota gain.
  • Will to win and strive to beat predefined targets.
  • Passionate about the night trade and willing to work evenings and nights on a regular basis.
  • Commercial relationships skills to influence Diageo customers and achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Executional demeanor to deliver against predefined targets and pursue additional opportunities.
  • Flexible communication style to adapt to different buyer types.
  • Quick learner to absorb skills and knowledge quickly.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and sophisticated level of English.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the on-trade channel.
