About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Reserve Sales Executive to join our team in Cataluña. As a key player in the highly influential top-end On-Trade, you'll play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our brands through the delivery of brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and segment outlet universes within the assigned territory, assigning outlets to relevant categories based on segmentation guidelines and recording them through our CRM tool.
- Visit outlets in the assigned territory based on call frequency established for the relevant outlet category.
- Drive distribution of Diageo brands by identifying partnership opportunities with outlets in the assigned territory, working closely with the Account Manager and distributor's sales team to identify distribution, pouring, and activation opportunities.
- Negotiate pouring, distribution, and activation agreements based on company guidelines.
- Implement execution standards by driving priority sales drivers (QDV3P) for relevant outlet categories, promoting activities for our brands in line with Diageo Europe's activity calendar, and supervising in-outlet performance and execution levels.
- Identify and drive corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
- Ability to manage the budget efficiently to ensure quota gain.
- Will to win, with a strive to beat predefined targets.
