About the Role

As a Reserve Sales Executive in Cataluña, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of Diageo's premium spirits brands through the delivery of brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification and segmentation of outlet universe: Identify all outlets within the assigned territory and assign them to relevant outlet categories based on segmentation guidelines.
  • Driving distribution of Diageo brands: Identify partnership opportunities with outlets, working closely with the Account Manager and distributor's sales team.
  • Implementation of Execution standards: Drive priority sales drivers for relevant outlet categories in line with minimum execution standards.
  • Promotional Activities: Implement promotional activities for our brands in detail, according to the Diageo Europe activity calendar.
  • Partnership: Coordinate with the Account Manager to identify partnership opportunities with outlets served by wholesalers.
  • Portfolio: Manage Core, Reserve, and Innovation products for customers such as cocktail bars, night clubs, hotels, restaurants, and wineshops identified as trend-leading accounts.
