**Production Plant Manager**

As a key member of our team at Cartonplast Group GmbH, you will be responsible for managing our advanced closed-loop pooling system, ensuring efficient operations across our network of service centers. Our company is a leader in sustainable packaging and containers manufacturing, with over 30 years of experience in providing innovative, eco-friendly solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and optimize all production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
* Coordinate the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities to ensure minimal downtime
* Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO standards, and safety regulations, maintaining high-quality production standards
* Lead and develop the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
* Oversee procurement and inventory management of spare parts and consumables, ensuring cost-effective operations
* Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
* Manage emergency situations and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations
* Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and headquarters

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years in a production management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Background in electromechanics or facility maintenance is highly desirable
* Preferred: Higher Vocational Training in Electrotechnical/Automated Systems or Industrial Equipment Maintenance
* Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and process optimization
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Valid forklift driving license and experience
* Proficient in English (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with international teams
