Job Description

We are seeking a Production Plant Manager to lead our operations in Parla, Madrid.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a performance-based remuneration package and benefits such as flexible working hours and professional development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
  • Lead and develop the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • A background in electromechanics or facility maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and process optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A valid forklift driving license and experience.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with international teams.
