About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Moderator to join our team at The Social Element Limited. As a Gaming Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our users on our client's gaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate user-generated content in English and Thai, including comments, chats, graphic images, videos, and audio files.
  • Make decisions based on moderation guidelines to determine if user-generated content has broken community policies or not.
  • Escalate harmful content to ensure continued protection of users and brand.
  • Meet quality and quantity targets, as measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Excellent Thai and English language skills, with outstanding reading skills.
  • Background experience in moderation, community management, or a gamer enthusiast familiar with the world of gaming, forums, and platforms.
  • Great understanding and knowledge of navigating different social platforms, including TikTok, Twitch, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Comfortable using a variety of technologies, apps, online, and cloud platforms.
  • Self-disciplined and able to manage own time while working remotely.
Working Hours

We are looking for candidates with mixed flexibility across weekdays and weekends to cover all possible project hours.
