Gaming Moderator Role

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Moderator to join our team at Social Element. As a Gaming Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for users of all ages.

You will be moderating content in both English and other languages, using community guidelines to make decisions about user-generated content. This includes reviewing comments, chats, images, videos, and audio files to ensure they comply with our policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and moderating user-generated content in accordance with Social Element and client-specific guidelines
  • Escalating harmful content to ensure continued protection of users and brand
  • Staying up-to-date with notifications of new changes in guidelines or systems
  • Carrying out moderation and training according to project schedules
  • Being resilient when reviewing content that may be unexpected, sensitive, intense, or challenging

We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy, and your PC will need to meet specific requirements to carry out this work. These include a Windows 10 64-bit or higher operating system, an i5 8th generation or faster processor, at least 8GB RAM, and a webcam and headset.
