Job Description

">

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Coordinator to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Human Resources, +2 years of experience in hospitality, and knowledge of Spanish labour law.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of employee administration, HRIS, and staff files are up-to-date, while supporting the day-to-day tasks of the People & Culture team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Fostering a positive and structured work environment that encourages the successful operation of the business;">
  • Ensuring that all files related to contract generation and team member information are sent to the outsource payroll company in a timely manner;">
  • Keeping up-to-date the team information in the HRIS (Factorial/Workplace);">
  • Being the main contact for team queries related to the hotel or HRIS; and">
  • Supporting managers on employee relations and performance management cases.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A university degree in Human Resources;">
  • +2 years of experience in hospitality within hotels/restaurants in a similar position;">
  • Knowledge of Spanish labour law;">
  • Proven team leadership skills with a high level of energy and motivation;">
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook;">
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level attention to detail;">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;">
  • Fluent in Spanish and English;">
  • Solid understanding of local legal compliance requirements;">
  • Natural talent for making people feel good – your team, guests, and colleagues alike;">
  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire others;">
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with confidence in working with other teams and leaders;">
  • Ownership of important issues, problem-solving skills, and effective decision-making;">

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent discounts across the entire Ennismore family of brands.
