About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Growth Enablement team and help drive business growth through technology and innovation. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with other team members to identify business opportunities, detect potential problems, and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Growth Enablement team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions using various technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React, and WordPress
  • Take ownership of projects from definition to shipping and follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Work closely with Product Designers to develop innovative solutions that impact business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in multiple programming languages and technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or DatoCMS
  • Passion for business and a strong understanding of business growth strategies
