Human Resources Business Partner

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing tactical support for employment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, recognition, and compensation administration.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a culture to support employees through their lifecycle from onboarding to development.
- Ensure compliance with country labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Partner with various HR functions to assist employees with various concerns throughout their lifecycle.
- S Support employee development with local providers, ensuring health & safety compliance, personal development, and leadership development.
- Assist in the implementation of corporate policy at the business unit or division level.
- Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues.
- Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach.
- Assist senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
- Develop and drive company-wide programs and initiatives, such as salary review, benefits renewal, payroll queries, workforce planning, and organizational change.
- Lead special projects in human resources management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a human resources department.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
