Join Our Team as a CRM Loyalty Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our CRM Loyalty team as a trainee. As a CRM Loyalty Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the team with daily activities, further engaging and activating members of our loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CRM loyalty team with daily activities to enhance member engagement and activation.
  • Negotiate partnerships and create contracts, as well as review terms and conditions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the global loyalty program, including adhesion score, engagement, conversion, and more.
  • Set up push notifications campaigns in our new communication channel.
  • Support the planning and execution of loyalty experiences and special activations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and presentations for the CRM loyalty team.
  • Establish and maintain an archive of presentations, marketing materials, and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement loyalty campaigns.
  • Work with the emailing team to set up new loyalty emails.
Requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and excellent writing skills.
  • Good communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Creative, artistic, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and co-operation.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
