About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Solutions Expert to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Digital Sales Hub, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing expert advice on digital workplace solutions to clients across EMEA.
Responsibilities- Solution Design and Proposal Development: Collaborate with our sales team to assess client requirements and design customized solutions that align with their needs, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of our service offerings.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients, ensuring alignment with organizational capabilities and profitability.
- Maintenance of Solution Collaterals: Establish and maintain a repository of solution collaterals, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and other relevant materials, to support the sales process.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and enhance our solution offerings.
- Sales Support and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to solution design and proposal development.
- University Degree: Preferred in the field of Information Technology or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience: +2 years of experience selling products and services in cloud and workplace ecosystems.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with productivity and teamwork platforms, document management, VDI, unified communications, enterprise mobility within major hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English, and one or more European languages (Spanish, French, Italian, German). Certifications like MS-900, MD-102, MS-700, MCSA – Office 365, ITIL Foundations are valued.
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
