Global People Operations Specialist
">- We are seeking a Global People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing HR support to managers across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted partner to address worker issues, and advising on goal setting, organizational design, and performance management to align teams with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide HR support to managers across the employee lifecycle
- Act as a trusted partner for managers to address worker issues
- Advise on goal setting, organizational design, and performance management to align teams with business objectives
- Ensure managers adhere to processes and compliance standards
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities
- Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage probation reviews with managers
- Handle employee relations within the client group
- Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate payments
- Manage rewards, including benchmarking, bonuses, pay changes, and local audits
- Support operational HR activities as needed
