Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with Expert German Skills

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Talent Search People. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional recruitment skills, a proven track record of success, and fluency in German.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a proactive and dynamic individual who is passionate about recruitment and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- To source, select, and recruit top talent for our clients across various industries using expert knowledge of German language and culture.
- To develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet client requirements and expectations.
- To build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
