About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Diagnostic Sales Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration in the designated work area East of Spain.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop collaborative relationships with customers, negotiate pricing, and adapt to a constantly changing external environment. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining commercial relationships with current and potential customers to generate new business for our organization's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plan strategies to ensure the achievement of operating plan goals.
  • Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long-term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence.
  • Adopt a creative mindset to thrive in a constantly changing external environment, adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain commercial relationships with current and potential customers in the designated territory/market segment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, clinical analysis, or other related fields.
  • Fluent Spanish and excellent oral and written comprehension of English.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the IVD/hospital sales field and/or in the Laboratory.
  • Knowledge and experience in the IVD market will be highly valued.
