About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our Finance Transformation team. As a key member of our Data Governance team, you will play a crucial role in defining and evolving our Data Governance Framework to maximize its impact, reach, and scalability.

Main Responsibilities:

Working closely with Business teams and IT, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the definition and evolution of our Data Governance Framework, including data policies, roles and responsibilities, data catalog, governance committees, and data quality framework.
  • Supporting the deployment of our framework to data domains and data sets, including being a key point of contact and change agent for Data Governance.
  • Supporting data owners and stewards in maintaining the data catalog and supporting data stewards on data assurance and data quality.
  • Defining data quality business rules per object, conducting ad hoc analysis on data quality, and automated data quality monitoring to feed a central data quality control tower.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A MS degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven working experience as a Data Governance analyst or a similar position.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mind-set, with a high interest and proficiency in Data and BI.
  • Fluent in English and able to work in an agile, fast-paced, technological, international, and intercultural environment.
