About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Data Governance Framework to maximize its impact, reach, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Business teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Reporting) and IT (CRM, Billing, ERP) to deploy the framework on data domains.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and evolve data policies, roles, and responsibilities, data catalog, governance committees, and data quality framework.
  • Support the appointment of data owners and stewards, and assist them in maintaining the data catalog.
  • Lead the data modeling maturation process, defining core data sets, and supporting data stewards on data assurance and quality.

Requirements:

  • MS degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Governance analyst or a similar position.
  • Proficiency in data governance principles, data modeling, data quality, and BI/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
