Marketing Associate

We're seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team at Crimson Education. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our global marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across key markets, including the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to brainstorm new marketing ideas and share best practices.
  • Work closely with our sales team to incorporate client insights into our marketing strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and promote webinars to drive sales-accepted lead generation and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor leads and conversion results of launched campaigns and webinars, with weekly/monthly progress reports.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written English skills and a keen eye for design and visual branding.
  • The ability to think on your feet and work at a fast and exciting pace.
  • Time management skills and ability to adapt to work on a fully remote team.
