Job Title: Project Manager for Automotive Projects

Job Summary

IDIADA is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead automotive projects and drive innovation in connected and automated driving.

The successful candidate will be based in IDIADA's premises in Santa Oliva, Spain, and will work closely with a team of system and software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management and coordination
  • Accounting and invoicing process management
  • Support to business development activities
  • Collaboration with the Product Manager and Innovation Manager

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in project administration
  • Experience with European Commission projects is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel macros and dynamic tables
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office, and PowerPoint
  • Interest in new technologies, automotive, and electric vehicles
  • Good communication skills and confidence in discussions at different hierarchical levels
  • Recognizable empathy, team spirit, and high level of assertiveness
  • Committed, goal-driven, result-oriented, and strong service orientation
  • Openness to work in an international company with a multicultural team

Education

  • University degree: Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering
  • Specialized in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications

Language Skills

  • Fluent English
  • Other languages will be an asset
